Synergize. The modern and highly effective teacher builds a climate of trust inside the classroom. She creates an atmosphere that is truly encouraging and that nurtures self-worth and self-esteem of the students.

She also makes it a poin that she has a mastery of the lessons to be taught. She goes over teachers’ guides and checks on the prototype lesson plans. She is creative and innovative enough to decide whther they need necessary revisions and modifications.
